Montana Repair Centre – Vehicle Polish Giveaway

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prize Details:

The winner will receive a full vehicle polish performed at Montana Repair Centre.

The polish is limited to one standard-sized vehicle. SUVs and larger vehicles may incur an additional fee.

The vehicle must be in suitable condition for polishing (clean and free from major rust, paint defects, or damage that could affect the process). Montana Repair Centre reserves the right to assess vehicle suitability before performing the polish.

2. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative:

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other services.

The prize is not transferable to another person.

The vehicle polish must be used on one vehicle only and cannot be split between multiple vehicles or owners.

3. Booking & Timing:

The winner must book and redeem the polish within 60 days of the winner announcement.

Bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled during normal business hours.

If the winner fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notice, the prize may be forfeited.

4. Eligibility & Validation:

The winner must be located in or able to travel to Montana, Pretoria.

Montana Repair Centre reserves the right to request proof of identity and ownership of the vehicle to confirm eligibility.

Only entries that have completed all required steps (like, follow, tag 3 people) will be considered valid.

Participants are allowed only one entry per person. Multiple entries using different accounts or identities may result in disqualification.

All entries must be submitted before the specified closing date and time. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries.

Montana Repair Centre’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Use of Content:

By entering, participants agree that Montana Repair Centre may use their name, photos, or vehicle images for promotional purposes, including social media and website content.

7. Disqualification & Abuse:

Montana Repair Centre reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of spam, bots, or manipulation.

Any abuse, inappropriate conduct, or false information will lead to disqualification.

8. Changes & Cancellations:

Montana Repair Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance of Terms Clause

By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Montana Repair Centre will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from use of the prize.
